Certification Requirements: Complete 6 assignments that guide you in integrating the concepts into your independent coaching practice, workforce center coaching and workshops, or college career services. Lifetime certification (no continuing education or membership required).

Self-paced students can access classes, materials, and homework assignments at their own pace. Self-paced and live web class students both receive the same individualized feedback and access to one-on-one time with instructors. The next live class will be held summer of 2023. Self-paced students are invited to join the next live class at no extra cost.

Marie Zimenoff

As CEO of Career Thought Leaders and the Resume Writing Academy, Marie Zimenoff provides training and development opportunities for professionals across the careers industry. She holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Studies with a concentration in Counseling and Career Development and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University.

An experienced consultant and trainer, Marie has delivered career and leadership development programs, designed curriculum, and provided staff training in workforce, corrections, military, university, community college, and business environments.
Using her graduate training in adult education and group facilitation, she is known for making learning interactive and actionable. She has been selected to present at national conferences within the career development and coaching field, including the International Coach Federation (ICF), Association for Talent Development (ATD), National Career Development Association (NCDA), The National Resume Writers' Association (The NRWA), and state/local chapters of these and other organizations.

Marie holds multiple coaching certifications, including career coaching, job search coaching, leadership/executive coaching, and personal branding (she is a Reach Certified Master Brand Strategist). She has been a career coach for more than ten years, focusing on coaching individuals in transition through career decision-making, job search, interviewing, and other aspects of career management. Marie also provides leadership development coaching for first-level and mid-level supervisors within municipalities and small businesses.
Kymberli Speight

Kymberli is an author, speaker, executive coach, and trainer. She serves as the president for NSA-Austin and teaches USAF executive transition courses. An AF Academy graduate, she has jumped out of planes, soloed in a plane, and purchased F-15E fighter jets. 

 Her book: I Need To Know You: How to Meet Ordinary, Extraordinary People and Improve Your Life, chronicles her challenge to meet 100 people in 100 days.
