You'll complete short assignments as you go to demonstrate learning and walk through integrating the materials into your practice! You’ll receive a PDF certificate and logo for your website, plus designation as a Certified Career Transition Coach. This is a lifetime certification that does not require membership or renewal. There is a discount for CTL Associates, but you do not need to be an Associate to earn the certification.

Continuing Education Credits

This course is approved for 12 ICF CCEs with 7.5 Core Competency Units when you join the live webinar (the next live webinar will be in the fall of 2020). It also qualifies for 9 hours toward the BCC credential/renewal.

Marie Zimenoff

As CEO of Career Thought Leaders and the Resume Writing Academy, Marie Zimenoff provides training and development opportunities for professionals across the careers industry. She holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Studies with a concentration in Counseling and Career Development and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University.

An experienced consultant and trainer, Marie has delivered career and leadership development programs, designed curriculum, and provided staff training in workforce, corrections, military, university, community college, and business environments.

Using her graduate training in adult education and group facilitation, she is known for making learning interactive and actionable. She has been selected to present at national conferences within the career development and coaching field, including the International Coach Federation (ICF), Association for Talent Development (ATD), National Career Development Association (NCDA), The National Resume Writers' Association (The NRWA), and state/local chapters of these and other organizations.

Marie holds multiple coaching certifications, including career coaching, job search coaching, leadership/executive coaching, and personal branding (she is a Reach Certified Master Brand Strategist). She has been a career coach for more than ten years, focusing on coaching individuals in transition through career decision-making, job search, interviewing, and other aspects of career management. Marie also provides leadership development coaching for first-level and mid-level supervisors within municipalities and small businesses.

Michelle Carroll

As a career management specialist, Michelle Carroll has served 100s of clients and built a solid reputation for career coaching and counseling, career transition and management coaching, and leadership training. With more than two decades of experience in the career and coaching industry, she has the privilege of offering a full spectrum of career development benefits.

She has been very successful in guiding professionals to identify their goals by using her expertise in the Myers Briggs (MBTI), STRONG (SII) and 360 / 180 assessment tools. In addition, she is a speaker at various career industry venues, an instructor, and a workshop facilitator.
